## Space
Our apartment, with an area of 85 m2, is located rue Bérard on the 4th and last floor with elevator of a semi-recent building. The apartment offers beautiful light and is an ideal place to work or relax during your stay in Marseille. Place Castellane is a 5-minute walk away. The Baille metro station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment consists of a separate fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table, and a very large living room with a sofa, a coffee table and a television. A very beautiful terrace with a clear view and an outdoor lounge area will allow you to enjoy the sun during your stay in Marseille. The apartment is very bright.
The sleeping area consists of:
- a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a bunk bed for 1 person, a desk and storage space. It is more intended for children or adolescents.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, a vanity unit and a toilet each.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning.
A parking space in the basement is offered with the rental.
You will appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport and in the immediate vicinity of Place Castellane, the Baille metro station and the main hospital centers of Marseille (Conception and Timone). The Vélodrome stadium and Chanot park are a 20-minute walk away.
You will benefit from all the comfort necessary for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants, shops and cafes are at the bottom of the building.
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and will not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is EUR 400

Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Departure: Before 10:00 a.m.
When you arrive, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
For any reservation lasting 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility for the required conditions.

Located near the famous Place Castellane, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro and tram in the immediate vicinity). Set off to discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit the museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum), discover the markets with Mediterranean colors and the beautiful beaches. Le Cours Julien, which offers a dynamic nightlife and cultural scene, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Near our accommodation you will find many restaurants and bars to share good times and many shops for your purchases or shopping.
The major hospital centers of Conception and Timone are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The Vélodrome stadium and Chanot park are a 20-minute walk away.
