The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secure residence offering a private parking space. It is composed of two beautiful bedrooms with two bathrooms and a pleasant living space opening onto a modern and functional kitchen in which you can cook with all the necessary equipment during your stay. Our accommodation is located less than 20 minutes walk from the beaches! You will appreciate its very beautiful light during the day and its relaxing side. You will enjoy a magnificent and panoramic view of the city of Marseille from the terrace which crosses the entire apartment. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated by a Marseille architect, our apartment is perfect for a family stay. You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants, shops and cafes are close to the apartment. To ensure you the best welcome, household linen is provided for the duration of your stay and includes sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also provide you with welcome kits to get your stay off to a good start, consisting of coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sponge... Upon receipt of your reservation and in order to facilitate your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. Located in the very quiet district of Mazargues, the location is ideal for resting, relaxing and discovering our beautiful city by transport or on foot (bus stop in front of the apartment). The atmosphere is thus serene: you will stay in one of the most popular areas of Marseille. From the apartment, discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. The area is ideal for walking, the beaches are located less than 20 minutes walk from our accommodation. You will find shops (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, bars) 5 min walk from the apartment. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
