Our apartment with an area of 67 m2 is located Rue Fontange on the 1st floor of a Marseille building without lift. Particularly bright, with a very high ceiling, it is the ideal base for exploring Marseille! Cours Julien is in the top 10 coolest neighborhoods in the world according to the New York Times! The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room equipped with a large table and a lounge to relax. You will appreciate its neat decoration and its loft style. A large balcony awaits you to relax in peace. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large dressing room. The second bedroom includes a convertible sofa converted into a bed for 2 people and in a mezzanine a bed for 1 person. You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity because the Cours Julien district is full of very good addresses in Marseille! To ensure you the best welcome, household linen is provided for the duration of your stay and includes sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also provide you with welcome kits to get your stay off to a good start, consisting of coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sponge... Upon receipt of your reservation and in order to facilitate your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m. Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, close to the Old Port, the location is ideal for exploring our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (metro and bus 2 min walk). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city.
