Our apartment with an area of 32 m2 located rue Abbé de l'Epée on the 3rd and last floor without elevator of a beautiful bourgeois building consists of a living space fully furnished with care. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and an unobstructed view. The sleeping area consists of a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and storage space. An office is at your disposal. You will appreciate its location in the heart of Marseille and close to public transport (bus, metro, tram). You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants, shops and cafes are close to the apartment. To ensure you the best welcome, household linen is provided for the duration of your stay and includes sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also provide you with welcome kits to get your stay off to a good start, consisting of coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sponge... Upon receipt of your reservation and in order to facilitate your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m. Located in the Camas district, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by transport. The atmosphere is thus serene: cinema, schools, convenience stores and small supermarkets enliven the district during the day, which becomes extremely quiet in the evening.
