Entirely renovated with taste by an interior designer, our apartment with an area of 51 m2 is located rue de l'Evêché on the 1st floor without elevator of a building in Marseille. Its location in the heart of the Panier and 5 min walk from the Old Port and the Mucem makes it the ideal base for a stay in Marseille! The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen open to a beautiful living room with a table for 4 people and a living room. A workspace with a desk has been set up to allow you to telecommute in peace. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed. The living room sofa converts into a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit and an integrated WC. You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are close to the apartment. To ensure you the best welcome, household linen is provided for the duration of your stay and includes sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also provide you with welcome kits to get your stay off to a good start, consisting of coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sponge... Upon receipt of your reservation and in order to facilitate your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. I wish you a pleasant stay in our magnificent city of Marseille! To confirm your reservation, a security deposit in the amount of €200 must be made via a pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect the limit of your bank card. Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m. Located in the heart of downtown Marseille and the historic Panier district, a stone's throw from the Old Port (5 min walk), the location is ideal for exploring our beautiful city on foot or by public transport.
