Our apartment, with an area of 38 m2, is located on boulevard Baille on the 1st floor without elevator of a building from the 1950s. The apartment offers a beautiful light and is an ideal place to work or relax during your stay in Marseille. Place Castellane is a 7-minute walk away. The Baille metro is 1 min walk from the apartment. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a sofa and a table for your meals. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and storage space. In the living room, the sofa turns into a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Separate WC. You will appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport and in the immediate vicinity of Place Castellane, the Baille metro station and the main hospitals in Marseille (Conception and Timone). The Vélodrome stadium and the Chanot park are a 20-minute walk away. You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants, shops and cafes are at the bottom of the building. Linen is provided for the duration of your stay and includes sheets, towels and blankets. We also provide you with welcome kits to start your stay, such as coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sponge. To confirm your reservation, a security deposit in the amount of €250 must be made via a pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect the limit of your bank card. Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m. Located near the famous Place Castellane, the location is ideal for exploring our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (bus, metro and tram in the immediate vicinity).
