Our apartment with an area of 50 m2 is located rue Brochier on the 1st and last floor without elevator of an old building. Particularly calm, it is the ideal base for exploring Marseille! Metro and bus 5 min walk. Renovated with taste, the accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room with a table to take your meals and a lounge area to relax. You will appreciate its neat decoration and the calm that reigns in the apartment! The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and storage space. In the living room, the sofa converts into an extra sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit. Separate WC. Important: Presence of props in the stairwell in anticipation of future work in the condominium. A paying car park (Parking Indigo Hôpital de la Conception) is located 5 minutes away on foot. You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops (bakery, convenience store, butcher, tobacconist, fruits and vegetables...) are in the immediate vicinity. The Cours Julien district (5 min walk) is full of very good addresses in Marseille! Since 2022, Cours Julien has been in the top 10 coolest neighborhoods in the world according to the New York Times! The accommodation is close to the two main hospitals in Marseille (Timone and Conception) and a 20-minute walk from the Stade Vélodrome. To ensure you the best welcome, household linen is provided for the duration of your stay and includes sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also provide you with welcome kits to get your stay off to a good start, consisting of coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sponge... Upon receipt of your reservation and in order to facilitate your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. I wish you a pleasant stay in our magnificent city of Marseille! To confirm your reservation, a security deposit in the amount of €150 must be made via a pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect the limit of your bank card. ## Notes Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come to you specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m. Located near Cours Julien and Place Castellane, the location is ideal for exploring our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (bus, metro and tram in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit the museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum), discover the markets with Mediterranean colors and the beautiful beaches. The Cours Julien, which offers a dynamic nightlife and cultural scene, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
