Located in the heart of the idyllic and residential district of Malmousque, our apartment with an area of 125 m2 is located on the Corniche Kennedy on the 2nd floor without elevator of an old building. The accommodation offers a very beautiful light and an exceptional location: a sunny balcony facing south with an exceptional sea view! You can swim on the rocks 50 meters away. In an old style, the accommodation consists of a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. A large living room with armchairs and sofas is accessible, it is the ideal place to rest, chat or read a book. Behind a very large bay window, you will enjoy a sunny balcony with a small table to have a coffee while admiring the horizon. Not overlooked. The sleeping area consists of: - a bedroom with a double bed, storage and air conditioning, - a second bedroom on the mezzanine with a double bed and storage. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a bidet and a vanity unit. Separate WC. You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are close to the apartment. The Corniche is home to many quality shops. The famous 3-star Michelin restaurant Le Petit Nice is 50 meters away. In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge. We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.
