Our apartment, with an area of 42 m2 located Rue des Tyrans on the 4th floor with elevator of a semi-recent building. The Old Port of Marseille is less than 5 minutes on foot, the metro is 10 minutes on foot. It’s the ideal base for discovering Marseille!
The accommodation includes a beautiful living room with a lounge area to relax and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a sunny balcony in absolute calm (overlooking the courtyard) and with a clear view. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
In the living room, the sofa converts into a comfortable sofa bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub-shower and a vanity unit. Separate WC.
You will appreciate its location in the heart of Marseille and close to public transport (bus, metro, tramway).
You will benefit from all the comfort necessary for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and cafes (on Place aux Huiles) but also shops (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery) are close to the apartment.
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and will not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is EUR 200

Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Departure: Before 10:00 a.m.
When you arrive, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
For any reservation lasting 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility for the required conditions.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, a stone's throw from the Old Port, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport. Rue Sainte is a central and dynamic street in the city center. Set off to discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit the museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum, the Palais du Pharo), discover the markets with Mediterranean colors and the beautiful beaches (Catalans beach is 15 minutes away on foot). Near our accommodation on Place aux Huiles (2 min walk) you will find many restaurants and bars to share good times and many shops for your purchases or shopping (Lidl).
