Our apartment with an area of 95 m2 located on the Canebière on the 6th floor with elevator of a beautiful building. Its exceptional location, a stone's throw from the Old Port and a 5-minute walk from the Marseille Saint-Charles TGV station, makes this recently renovated apartment the ideal base for exploring Marseille!
The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room with a lounge area for relaxing or teleworking. A beautiful south-facing balcony awaits you to have your coffee and enjoy the Marseille sun!
The sleeping area consists of:
- a bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a third bedroom with two single beds and storage space.
Air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom with a double bed and fans are available in the other two bedrooms.
You will appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport (metro at the foot of the building) and close to the Old Port (5 min walk) and Cours Julien (10 min walk).
You will benefit from all the comfort necessary for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants, cafes and shops are downstairs from the apartment. The Old Port and Cours Julien districts are home to many restaurants.
La Canebière is a busy shopping street in the city of Marseille. We inform our kind travelers that the area is not the quietest in Marseille during the day.
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and will not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is EUR 450

Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Departure: Before 10:00 a.m.
When you arrive, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
For any reservation lasting 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility for the required conditions.

Located right on the famous Canabière, a stone's throw from the Old Port of Marseille, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro and tram in the immediate vicinity). Set off to discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit the museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum), discover the markets with Mediterranean colors and the beautiful beaches. La Place aux Huiles / Cours Etienne d'Orves, which offers a dynamic nightlife and cultural scene, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Near our accommodation you will find many restaurants and bars to share good times and many shops for your purchases or shopping.
