Located on the 3rd floor without lift, this modern flat is composed of a pleasant living space of 46 sq. m and contains:
- a beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower open on the bedroom,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
- TV, Wifi and AC.

Please note: the electric shutter in the bedroom is malfunctioning and the motor will be replaced on 29 August.

Ideally located in an area with good transport links, you can explore Marseille by all means. Close to the Vieux Port and the Docks, you will be in the heart of the historic district of the city and can enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
In addition to the various museums in the area (including the MuCEM), you can easily reach Marseille's various activities, markets and beautiful Mediterranean squares by transport. Thus, you will be able to reach the Cours Julien, the Place Castellane, the Basilica Notre-Dame de la Garde, the beaches, or the Centre Bourse, where you will find the Marseille History Museum. So you won't be short of anything to explore the Phocaean city!
