Our apartment with an area of 126 m2 located rue Edouard Delanglade on the raised ground floor of a splendid Marseille mansion without elevator. The accommodation has been completely renovated by an interior designer with very good finishes.
The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a very large living room equipped with a table and a living room with armchairs and sofas.
The sleeping area consists of:
- on level 1, a bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- on level -1, a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- on level -1, a third bedroom with a single bed and storage space.
Each room has a private bathroom (walk-in shower or bathtub). Separate WC.
You will appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport (metro 5 min walk) and close to the Old Port (10 min walk). The Palais du Pharo and the Plage des Catalans are a 20/25 minute walk away!
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and will not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is EUR 250

When you arrive, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
For any reservation lasting 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility for the required conditions.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, a stone's throw from the Old Port, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus at the foot of the building and metro 10 minutes away walk). Set off to discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit the museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum, the Palais du Pharo), discover the markets with Mediterranean colors and the beautiful beaches (the Catalans beach is 25 minutes away on foot). Near our accommodation on Place aux Huiles (10 min walk) you will find numerous restaurants (Le Grand Guste / Ourea 5 min walk) and bars (Copperbay Marseille 500 meters) to share good times and many shops for your purchases or shopping (Notre Dame Bakery and Monoprix supermarket 200 meters away!).
