## Space
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator of an old building, our 30 m2 apartment on rue Chateaubriand in Endoume offers a bright living space with a sofa and an equipped kitchen opening onto a sunny balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a vanity unit. Its ideal location makes it easy to explore Marseille, with Catalans Beach a 5-minute walk away and the Old Port 15 minutes away.
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and will not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is EUR 250
The accommodation is not equipped with an internet connection.

When you arrive, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
For any reservation lasting 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility for the required conditions.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, a 5-minute walk from the famous Catalans beach and 10 minutes from the Palais du Pharo, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot and via public transport. Set off to discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit on foot the Old Port, the museums (Mucem, the Cantini museum), discover the markets with Mediterranean colors and the beautiful beaches. Near our accommodation you will find many restaurants (Le Baron Perché, Matière Brut, L'Abri) and bars (Le Café de l'Abbaye, Brasserie Saint Eugène) to share good times and many shops (Carrefour, Biocoop, Super U less than 6 minutes walk) for your purchases or shopping.
