## Space
Our 55 m² apartment, located rue Chateauredon on the 1st floor without elevator of a Marseille building, consists of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with dining table and a beautiful lounge area. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double bed and storage space. The bathroom has a shower, a vanity unit and integrated WC. Ideally located 4 minutes walk from the metro and 5 minutes from the Old Port and Cours Julien. A paid car park (Indigo Marseille Charles De Gaulle) is a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and will not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is EUR 250

When you arrive, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
For any reservation lasting 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility for the required conditions.

Set off to discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit the museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the markets with Mediterranean colors and the beautiful beaches. Near our accommodation on Cours Julien (5 min walk) you will find many restaurants and bars to share good times and many shops for your purchases or shopping.
