This townhouse is located between the Catalans beach (10 minutes' walk) and the Anse de Malmousque (10 minutes' walk), just 5 minutes' walk from the picturesque fishing port "Le Vallon des Auffes", with access to the sea via the rocks, and 20 minutes' walk from Marseille's Old Port.

Local shops within walking distance are available on Place Saint Eugène (supermarket, greengrocers, restaurant, bar, "Chez Lucienne" creamery, pharmacy...).
