Enjoy a dream stay in a sumptuous setting and relax in the private outdoor swimming pool! Located in the prestigious district of the 7th arrondissement of Marseille, just 900 meters from the Catalans beach and 1.3 km from the Prophets beach, this superb 165 m2 villa is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday in Marseille . Nestled in a calm and secure environment, the villa has a private swimming pool as well as a car park to park your vehicle in peace. The house is fully equipped with quality furnishings including a home cinema, Sonos system, high speed fiber internet, BBQ, washing machine, dryer and much more. The sleeping area consists of 3 large bedrooms with double beds (200x200). Each room has an adjoining private bathroom with a walk-in shower or a bathtub. All the bedrooms are also equipped with dressing rooms or fitted cupboards. Two adjoining parking spaces are available, including a box and a covered space. All local shops are within walking distance, including caterers, a cheesemonger, butchers, greengrocers, a cellar, a pharmacy and a grocery store. To guarantee you maximum comfort during your stay, household linen (sheets, blankets and bath towels) is provided. Welcome kits including coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge are also available to get your stay off to a good start. As soon as you have made your reservation, we will contact you to provide you with all the necessary information to facilitate your arrival and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
