The kitchen area develops around a large central island. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wine cellar. The dining area develops around a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people. The lounge area with a large screen TV and comfortable sofas. A washing machine and dryer as well as ironing facilities are available in the laundry room. Very bright thanks to very large bay windows, the living room offers an unobstructed view and overlooks the terrace and the swimming pool. On the 1st floor, you will find three bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms, a 28 m2 family room that can accommodate up to 4 people on request (ideally children/teenagers), as well as a large dressing room for the whole family. . On the 2nd floor, you will find an open office area, the fourth bedroom with storage, a bathroom and a 110 m2 solarium awaits you to enjoy the sun and the tranquility of Villa Bianca. Outside, a large sunny terrace of more than 80 m2 offering an unobstructed view of Marseille and the hills. You will enjoy a large salt pool (dimensions: 11 x 4.5) to cool off during the beautiful summer days. A large exotic wood table can accommodate up to 8 people during your outdoor meals. At the level of the garden, a petanque court has been specially designed for you to relax with your family. On the ground floor, you can park in the garage for 3 to 4 vehicles (depending on size). An electrical outlet is available to recharge the battery of an electric vehicle. Villa Bianca is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Upon receipt of your reservation and in order to facilitate your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.
