The result of a very nice renovation, the house, a former carpentry with an area of 130 m2, is located on boulevard Lambert in the heart of the Chartreux district and close to the main roads. The apartment is ideal both for travelers with a car but also for those who want to discover Marseille with direct access to the metro: the Old Port of Marseille is 20 min away. The Dôme de Marseille performance hall is 200 meters away! The accommodation benefits from a very nice fully equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful bright living room. The accommodation is remarkably well exposed. You will enjoy a quiet terrace on sunny days to relax. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed and storage space and a second bedroom with 1 double bed and storage space. The house is fully air-conditioned. A parking space in a closed garage is available on the ground floor of the house. To ensure you the best welcome, household linen is provided for the duration of your stay and includes sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also provide you with welcome kits to get your stay off to a good start, consisting of coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sponge... Upon receipt of your reservation and in order to facilitate your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. I wish you a pleasant stay in our magnificent city of Marseille! To confirm your reservation, a security deposit in the amount of €200 must be made via a pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect the limit of your bank card. Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m. You will find near the apartment the Dome of Marseille, known for its concerts and shows, the headquarters of the departmental hotel or the Beauregard hospital. Thanks to its parking space, its location is ideal for a car since the main roads of Marseille are in the immediate vicinity. Access to downtown Marseille can be done by car, bus or metro. You will find shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy) 10 min walk away in the Chartreux district. Opened in 2022, the Tiers Lab des Transitions (dedicated to social, digital and ecological innovations) is located near the apartment, in the heart of a large wooded park.
