Our house with an area of 130 m2 is located rue des Clairistes, in the heart of the Camas district and near the Cours Julien. Particularly bright, it is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday or to explore Marseille! Cours Julien is in the top 10 coolest neighborhoods in the world according to the New York Times! On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook and prepare family meals. A dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people is at your disposal to take your breakfasts and family meals. Finally, a living room with a sofa and a television is at your disposal to relax. You will reach the floor by a staircase. A bedroom with a double bed and storage. A second bedroom with a double bed and storage. A third bedroom with 2 single beds and storage. A bathroom with a shower, a vanity unit and a WC complete the floor. You will enjoy a very large garden with a lawn, ideal for children! The garden is very well exposed since it will allow you to relax either in the shade of the large trees or to tan in the sun! The outdoor area is very quiet, you will enjoy resting during your Marseille holidays. On the terrace, you can enjoy a large outdoor table to enjoy your family meals outdoors. A private parking space 3 minutes walk from the accommodation is at your disposal. You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity because the district is full of very good addresses in Marseille! To ensure you the best welcome, household linen is provided for the duration of your stay and includes sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also provide you with welcome kits to get your stay off to a good start, consisting of coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sponge... Upon receipt of your reservation and in order to facilitate your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. I wish you a pleasant stay in our magnificent city of Marseille! To confirm your reservation, a security deposit in the amount of €750 must be made via a pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect the limit of your bank card. ## Notes Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come to you specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m. Located in the heart of the Cours Julien, Notre Dame du Mont and Camas triangle, the location is ideal for exploring our beautiful city on foot (Cours Julien 5 mins away, Vieux Port 15 mins away on foot) or by public transport ( tram at the foot of the building). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit the museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum, the Palais du Pharo), discover the markets with Mediterranean colors and the beautiful beaches. You will find near our accommodation on Boulevard Chave, Cours Julien or Notre Dame du Mont many restaurants and bars to share good times and many shops for your purchases or your shopping.
