Located in the pine forest of Roy d'Espagne, this architect-designed villa, built in 1966 and fully renovated in 2020 by an architect, offers a bright, contemporary setting that blends seamlessly with nature. With 150 m² of living space and a large, landscaped garden, it is ideal for enjoying the peace and beauty of southern Marseille.
