This magnificent apartment with an area of 57m2, located on the 5th floor of a recent building with elevator, it consists of a very beautiful fully equipped and functional kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee and all cooking utensils during your stay with us. You will undoubtedly appreciate the presence of a balcony accessible from all the rooms of our apartment and a very beautiful pleasant, quiet and spacious terrace which will complete this exceptional apartment to enjoy the sun and have your breakfast! The sleeping area offers a bedroom with a large double bed and a dressing room to store your belongings during your stay and the second bedroom offers two single beds. Important: the roller shutter in the bedroom with double bed is being repaired, for safety reasons it is in the closed position. To ensure you the best welcome, household linen is provided for the duration of your stay and includes sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also provide you with welcome kits to get your stay off to a good start, consisting of coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sponge... Upon receipt of your reservation and in order to facilitate your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m. Located at the top of Boulevard Longchamp and close to Parc Longchamp, the location is ideal for exploring our beautiful city. Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can walk to the Old Port and the Panier, visit the museums (Mucem, the Cantini museum), discover the markets with Mediterranean colors and the beautiful beaches.
