Our apartment with an area of 47 m2 is located Rue Brandis, a stone's throw from the famous Place Castellane, on the 5th floor with elevator of a semi-recent building. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the city thanks to its large terrace not overlooked. The Old Port of Marseille is less than 15 minutes away on foot. The accommodation, fully air-conditioned, consists of a beautiful living room, very bright, with an unobstructed view as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a counter with high chairs for your meals. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, storage space and a small balcony. The accommodation is equipped with a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with mirror and a toilet. A garage box is included in the rental (accessible from the building opposite). You will appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport (metro 2 min walk) and in the immediate vicinity of Place Castellane (5 min walk). The Stade Vélodrome is a 20-minute walk away. You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants (Old Port or Panier) and shops (bakery, wine shop and supermarket) are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge. We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. We wish you a pleasant stay in our beautiful city! To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via a pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is €200 Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come to you specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
