Our accommodation, with an area of 67 m2, is located Impasse Broquartier, on the ground floor of a villa. The accommodation offers a beautiful light and is an ideal place to work (a desk is available in the rooms) or relax on the terrace during your stay in Marseille. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning. The Marseille Saint-Charles TGV station is less than 25 minutes away by metro. The metro and the bus are less than 5 min. Velodrome stadium 10 min. The accommodation, renovated in 2023, consists of a very beautiful living room with a new fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with a sofa and a table for your meals. The accommodation has been tastefully decorated. You will appreciate the quality of the finishes. The sleeping area is made up of: - a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, - a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. Possibility to park a vehicle in the residence. You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge. We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. We wish you a pleasant stay in our beautiful city! To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via a pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is €200 Arrival: Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Departure: Before 10:00 a.m. On your arrival, our concierge will come to you specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application. Arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge. Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m. Located near the famous Stade Vélodrome (10 min walk), the location is ideal for exploring our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (bus and metro in the immediate vicinity).
