Our apartment with an area of 130 m2 is located Traverse de la Gaye, on the 7th floor with elevator of a luxury residence. Completely renovated, the apartment offers very good amenities including several south-facing balconies and a sea view. The Stade Vélodrome is 5 minutes by bus, the Old Port is 15 minutes by car.
The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful and large living room with a large table and a lounge area with a coffee table. The living room opens onto a large balcony. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room only.
The sleeping area consists of:
- a bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed, a private balcony and storage space,
- a third bedroom with a double bed, a private balcony, and storage space,
- a fourth bedroom with a double bed, a private balcony and storage space.
The accommodation includes 1 bathroom with a bath and 1 bathroom with a shower. 2 separate WCs.
Possibility of parking a vehicle on the street.
You will benefit from all the comfort necessary for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are close to the apartment.
This residence being mainly occupied by owners living there all year round, we thank you for respecting its peaceful side (no noise, no parties).
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
