## Space
Our apartment with an area of 38 m2 located Boulevard Leau on the 3rd and last floor with elevator of a beautiful secure residence. Particularly bright thanks to its South-East exposure, it is the ideal base for a stay in Marseille. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Completely renovated in 2024.
The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room and a large terrace which offers a magnificent view of the hills of the Calanques of Marseille. The terrace is particularly pleasant for resting and relaxing.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a washing machine. Separate WC.
Possibility of parking in neighboring streets.
You will benefit from all the comfort necessary for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are close to the apartment either in the neighborhood or in the direction of Prado Beach (800 meters). Olympic Marina 10 minutes away. Parc Borély is 300 meters away. The Stade Vélodrome is 15 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by bike.
This residence being mainly occupied by owners living there all year round, we thank you for respecting its peaceful side (no noise, no parties).
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.
