Our house with an area of 187 m2 is located Avenue Marie Vian, in the district of Saint-Barnabé. You will enjoy the swimming pool and the air conditioning on sunny days. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary comforts to allow you to fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends. The metro is a 5 min walk away. Small shops and supermarket in the village of Saint-Barnabé less than 10 min walk. The house develops on three levels: the ground floor with the swimming pool and the outdoor living room, the floor (accessible by stairs) with the living room, the kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed then a second floor (accessible by stairs) in two parts with in the middle of the stairs a bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom, with bathtub, and at the top of the stairs a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower . A relaxation area for children and teenagers is located on the ground floor and is accessible through the living room. Tastefully renovated by an interior designer, the accommodation consists of a very large living room with a large fully equipped open kitchen and a large table for dining. The living room is equipped with a lounge area with armchairs and a sofa to relax. The sleeping area consists of: - on the floor, a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin; - on the intermediate level, a second bedroom with a double bed for 2 people as well as a second adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and a washbasin cabinet - on the second floor, a third bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a bathroom with a shower and a vanity unit. Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace with an outdoor lounge to relax in front of the swimming pool (chlorine). The neighborhood is very quiet. It is the ideal place to enjoy your holidays and relax. You can park your vehicle in front of the entrance to the house. There is no private parking but it is possible to park for free and very easily in the street. You will appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, the metro is about 5 minutes away on foot. You will benefit from all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants, cafes and shops are nearby in the Saint-Barnabé district, less than 10 minutes' walk from the villa. To ensure you the best welcome, household linen is provided for the duration of your stay and includes sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also provide you with welcome kits to get your stay off to a good start, consisting of coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sponge... Upon receipt of your reservation and in order to facilitate your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.
